Ricotta Pie Recipe with Guava

Ricotta Pie Recipe with Guava

Everyone knows that the end of the year is a rush and, when it comes to preparing the Christmas dinner, we often run out of time to make all the recipes we would like to make. That's why today we are going to teach you a practical and very quick recipe for ricotta pie with guava paste that is delicious and beautiful on the Christmas table!

This pie recipe has no biscuit base, made in a blender, bakes super fast and is served chilled - in other words, you can prepare it the day before and it will only taste better! Check out the step-by-step photos in our post of the day here at TudoReceitas and prepare this Christmas dessert right away.

Ingredients for making ricotta pie with guava paste:

 200 grams of ricotta

 ½ can of condensed milk

 2 eggs

 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

 1 cup of creamy guava

 1 tablespoon of sugar

 ½ box of sour cream

 1 pinch of salt

How to make ricotta pie with guava paste:

Separate the ingredients. To cover this pie, the guava paste needs to be very creamy.

Tip: Preheat oven to 180 degrees (medium oven).

Blend all ingredients in a blender except the guava paste.

Until it becomes a homogeneous mixture, this is important so that this sweet ricotta pie doesn't get chunks.

Pour into a lightly oiled form or, as we use it, a mold release. This pie will be very thin indeed - if you wish, double the recipe and prepare in a taller shape.

Tip: Our mold measures 24 cm in diameter and 3 cm in height.

Before putting it in the oven, place the refractory inside another larger form. I'll explain why: as this dough is very liquid, the underside of the pie needs an extra layer to prevent the bottom from baking too much or even burning.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes or until the surface is golden brown.

Take it out of the oven, allow it to cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Then you have two options: pour the guava on top of the whole pie or offer the guava on the side, for your guests to help themselves!

Now just do your best at the Christmas table and serve your ricotta pie with chilled guava paste!

I'm sure you and your guests will love this delicious and super easy-to-make sweet Christmas pie! Bon appetit and let us know in the comments what everyone thinks.
